Tasks
- Ensure the operation of the business management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Insightly, Crowdin, Gitlab, Alchemer, Ubiq, Docusign, MailChimp, etc.)
- Policy creation for use of the above business software to meet the company needs and to increase staff’s productivity and efficiency
- Configuration, of the above business software to meet the company’s policies
- Support and training for the above mentioned tools to the staff
- Analyse and handle all technical support issues reported by customers
- Handle bug reports and feature requests in the support system and forward them to the Tools Manager if required
- Review and discuss requirements and reported bugs with the Tools Manager
- Follow up of the reported technical support issues after a software release
