KNX South East Asia Announces Winners of its KNX Competition in Singapore

The KNX competition was successfully organised on 8 October 2013 with the full support from members of KNX Association (South East Asia). The competition required each finalist to complete the KNX Diagram, KNX Cabling Connection and KNX Programming via ETS4 at the Centre of Technology, ITE College East.

The objectives of the competition were to promote KNX technology and to allow participants from Educational/Technical Institutions to show their skills on KNX cabling and programming in accordance to the KNX Standard.

Before the final competition, Singapore Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, ITE College West and ITE College East were responsible for the training and qualification rounds and selection of their two best candidates to represent their Educational/Technical Institution in the Finals.

The results of the competition were as follows:

– Champion: Yeo Jia Hao Dave, ITE College East
– 1st Runner Up: Chan Shi Wei, ITE College East
– 2nd Runner Up: Foo Kai Xiang, Singapore Polytechnic
