Major international and Japanese companies, such as Fujitsu, Panasonic, Toshiba, as well as ABB and Wago, expressed their interest in being part of the upcoming KNX National Group Japan during the Kick-Off meeting on 24th of October in Yokohama, Japan.
The purpose of the Kick-Off meeting was the introduction of the concept of the KNX National Group Japan to the Japanese players. With discussions about the structure and future activities, this was the first step towards forming the KNX National Group Japan.
The official foundation is planned to take place in February 2014.
