Rextron, based in Bad König, Germany, was founded in 1991 to develop power electronic devices for the main engines and steering assemblies for pumps in the security area of nuclear power plants. Rextron now develops analogue and digital hardware and software in various fields including drive and automation technology, transport technology for rail vehicles, building services, photovoltaics and refrigeration technology.
Within the building services category, Rextron develops actuators for controlling window motors and sunscreens, including KNX devices and application programs.
