The annual 7th International Istanbul Smart Grid and Cities Congress is a leading international event on smart grids and smart cities. ICSG 2019 seeks to bring together researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore and discuss cutting-edge ideas and results, and the state-of-the-art innovations and to exchange techniques, tools, and experiences. The Congress is technically sponsored by the IEEE Power & Energy Society (IEEE-PES), and sponsored by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Association of Distribution System Operators (ELDER) and Natural Gas Distribution Companies Association of Turkey (GAZBIR).
