On March 29, the Spanish government approved the confinement of all non-essential workers to their homes for the following two weeks, from Monday March 30 until Thursday April 9, both inclusive. This two-week “hibernation” period is now over and many businesses are resuming their activity.
The current situation in Iddero is as follows:
- All production activities were resumed on April 10 and are now fully operational. All necessary measures have been taken to protect the health and safety of our workers.
- We are experiencing delays in shipments from some suppliers; however we still keep adequate stock levels for most products.
- We are accepting and processing new purchase orders normally. Still, we recommend that volume orders are planned well in advance in order to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Most of our staff is still telecommuting. Please use e-mail as the preferred form of communication. Contact support@iddero.com for tech support, and sales@iddero.com for commercial matters.
We hope the situation will stabilize as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, we will do our best to assist you.
