As you may already know, the Spanish government has approved tighter lockdown measures in order to slow down the spread of the coronavirus.
According to the new measures, all non-essential workers must stay at home starting (March 30) until April 9, both inclusive.
The current situation in Iddero is as follows:
– All production activities are currently on hold. Regular operation will be resumed on April 10.
– We are still accepting and processing new purchase orders. We keep adequate stock levels for most products, so new orders can start shipping on April 13, along with any outstanding orders.
– Most of our staff is already telecommuting. Please use email as the preferred form of communication. Contact support@iddero.com for tech support, and sales@iddero.com for commercial matters.
We hope the situation will stabilize as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, we will do our best to assist you.
