Theben AG expands its range of theMura motion and presence detectors for wall mounting. Alongside 230 V models, devices are now also available with integrated buttons for use in the KNX building management system and the KNX-based LUXORliving smart home system.
The new theMura KNX presence and motion detectors are also perfect for energy-efficient lighting control, e.g. in corridors, stairways, cellars, individual offices and toilets. The theMura P 180 KNX presence detector comes with a freely configurable button, six logic channels, two lighting and two presence channels, an integrated temperature and noise sensor and a push-button interface. This enables electrical installation costs to be significantly reduced. Other convenient functions are the orientation light for increased safety in the dark and day/night switching for greater flexibility. Its more economical little brother, the theMura S 180 KNX motion detector, will win you over with its integrated buttons, three logic channels, a light channel and a presence channel.
Within the scope of this new development, the LUXORliving range has been extended with the flush-mounted motion detector LUXORliving Bl180. In the KNX-based LUXORliving smart home system, the device enables switching or dimming functions to be triggered as well as user-defined scenarios. Thanks to the integrated temperature sensor, the motion detector can also be used for regulating room temperature.
The integrated update tool enables you to upload firmware updates any time. This means that the KNX motion detector is always up to date. All theMura devices for KNX building management systems support KNX Data Secure and so are perfectly protected from data theft and tampering.
Like all devices in the theMura product range, the KNX wall-mounted detectors also boast a large detection area of 14 x 17 m and a particularly attractive, slimline design. What’s more, adapter frames enable them to be used with all current switch ranges of leading manufacturers. The devices can be conveniently programmed using the theSenda B remote control and the theSenda Plug app or in the conventional way using potentiometers.
