About the role
The candidate will work to assure a worldwide presence of KNX, by promoting KNX to the whole world and supporting the planning of the 45 KNX National groups (KNX NGs), to guarantee it is in-line with the strategy of KNX International. Additionally, the candidate will gather the local KNX community, offering a platform (e.g. Userclubs) for installers and others, to exchange experiences with KNX.
Main Responsibilities
- Aligning the KNX Association & KNX NGs Strategies
- Supporting the execution of KNX NGs Marketing Plan
- Coordinating (online) events, tradeshows, road-shows, competitions and webinars for KNX International and KNX NGs
- Organizing the annual KNX National Group Conference
- Supporting the Userclubs in their events
- Supporting the countries to boost KNX Training, where necessary
- Supporting agreements with externals
- Collecting all necessary inputs to contribute to content creation for customer loyalty and promotion of KNX.
Candidate Requirements / Experience
- Creation of Annual Marketing Planning
- Presentation skills
- Event management & communication
- Availability to travel to the KNX NGs worldwide
- Experience in setting up and using CRM systems
- Experience in Marketing Automation
- Experience in Digital marketing & Social Media
