Chopin. Meet the maestro.
After 12 years of perfecting touch and multitouch switches, we’re pleased to introduce Chopin: our first mechanical switch. And boy, he’s got the looks.
In a way, controlling Chopin feels a bit like playing the piano. Push the levers to dim the lights, draw the curtains and let your favorite music enter the room.
The front comes in all Basalte’s beautiful finishes and colors you’re already familiar with.
The levers can be pushed and tilted, and come in 3 different finishes: black aluminium, chrome and gold plated, creating a sophisticated and timeless combo.
You can opt for either one or two buttons fitted with or without an LED light. Just as you wish. And of course they integrate perfectly with KNX.

Compact yet super powerful, Core mini serves as the heart of your Basalte Home. Fast, reliable and specifically designed for the needs of luxury homes worldwide.
The Basalte Core server is at the heart of the Basalte Home visualisation. It offers a comprehensive functionality set for KNX home automation systems: from light & shade control over multiroom audio to the native integration of third-party solutions like Philips Hue, door phones, AV gear and more.
Our core server now also comes in a ‘mini’ version, capable of meeting the needs of luxury homes worldwide in a small form factor!
Basalte Home is a comprehensive KNX visualisation that completes the Basalte user experience in the intelligent home. You can easily control lights, shades, scenes, music, HVAC, cameras and more at the slightest touch, whether it’s through a Sentido switch, the Basalte Home app or the Ellie touch panel. These controls all share the same Basalte traits: a beautiful user interface with great usability and made of high-quality materials.
