After the declaration last March 14th by the Government of Spain, where the State of Alarm was activated throughout the country due to the crisis generated by COVID-19 pandemic, and while this state remains active, Ingenium, as a 100% manufacturer company in Spain reports that:
- The productive activity at factory is maintained, defining shifts and independent work groups, trying to minimize contact between employees, while ensuring the entire manufacturing process. In addition, all employees are taking all the precautions and measures established by the Ministry of Health regarding safety and health.
- Material continues to be received, which will be quarantined internally for the period established by the health authorities, and orders will be processed as normally as the situation we are experiencing allows. In addition, pending orders will be dispatched in the same way. Customers are advised to be aware that delivery times could be exceptionally lengthened due to internal reorganization among our production staff.
- The rest of the Ingenium staff, in its administration, commercial, sales and technical support departments, continues to carry out their work telematically, maintaining the usual telephone lines and emails.
We hope to return to normality as soon as possible, but in the meantime we will do everything possible to maintain the usual activity in the most transparent way for our clients and collaborators. We appreciate patience and understanding in advance.
