Following a record number of award entries, CEDIA has released the shortlist for the CEDIA Awards 2016.
“The standard of entries this year has been incredibly high and after receiving a record number of entries, our judges found it incredibly challenging to select the final shortlist,” comments Wendy Griffiths, Executive Director of CEDIA EMEA. “It is great to see such a large number of international projects, with a significant increase in applications from India and South Africa. The entries have highlighted that our members are continuing to push themselves by embracing new technology and finding innovative and exciting ways to ensure they always deliver on the client’s brief. We look forward to announcing the winners in just over a month’s time.”

The shortlisted entries in the project categories will now go through to the final round of judging, which will take place later this month. The industry will also get to have their say, as CEDIA opens the Best Trade Supplier, Best Innovative Product and Best Training Initiative By a Trade Supplier categories for both members and non-members to cast their votes. The results will be announced at the black-tie Awards ceremony which is being held at the Guildhall in London on Friday 1st July 2015.
