Our articles this month start with an overview by Eelectron's Giangiacomo Pastore of the Eelecta range of pressure-sensitive pads and touch panel for energy control. Next is the first of a three part-series by Ben Lewis of KNX Consultants on the practicalities of refurbishing his office with KNX. This is followed by a new column, 'How to Solve it', in which a guest writer gives step-by-step advice on how to tackle a KNX technical issue. For the inaugural piece, Julio Díaz of Sapienx Automation takes us through correctly configuring the USB interface when programming devices.
KNXin's Jesús Arias García treats us to a thought-provoking look at how KNX installations can be broadened to include the electric car. Sophie Thomas of Ivory Egg then suggests that KNX systems integrators get involved with projects at an early stage in order to ensure the best design for a project, while Simon Buddle develops the idea further and defines what KNX systems integrators should take responsibility for. And finally, Dr KNX deals with a question about PC stability issues when using ETS4.
Don’t forget that you can comment at the end of these articles, and do remember to send us a picture of you, wherever you may be, with the KNX logo and a smile for our 'Where is KNX?' gallery. Enjoy!
